Due to the nature of the hobby, We do not  accept returns.  Defective Product is covered and handled thru Redcat Racing If the item is shipped back, the buyer is responsible for returning the item and a 15% restocking fee. Redcat racing offers a 90 day manufacturer policy for covered components and parts. To take advantage of the manufacturer's warranty, a form can be filled out directly on Redcat racing's website. We are not responsible for the wear and tear of the product such as crashes or mal-use. If there are any issues, we would be more than glad to assist you with the warranty claims process. This product is not intended for use by any Children under the age of 14
Shipping
This item ships to the lower 48 states free! We ship via UPS ground. At this time we do not ship internationally. Add $65 for priority shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto rico, and Guam.
